Sessions are available in person in Barry’s Bay, and Pembroke, with virtual therapy available across Ontario.

You can book a free 15-minute consultation if you would like to ask questions first, or schedule a full session directly. After booking, you will receive intake forms and consent information electronically. Completing these ahead of time helps us use your first session more intentionally and ensures we begin with a clear understanding of your goals.

Online Work Together

Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. Some people attend weekly to build momentum, while others prefer bi-weekly or periodic sessions. We regularly check in about progress and adjust the plan as needed so the work remains focused and sustainable.
